I also looked inside of the book; it had shown the first shampoo bar recipe. Looks promising, right! I bought it hopping for liquid shampoo recipe; after all, that that what the title said. Wrong!!!! Liquid shampoo is just a mix of liquid Castile soap, oil, and water. The natural shampoo section include shampoo with honey, baking soda, etc.. I got a lot out of "Liquid soap guide" by Marie White. I give one star for the author's afford.

When you find out how you can make quality shampoo with quality ingredients, it goes to show you what low quality stuff can be used in shampoo that you buy in the store. It will be hard to ever buy shampoo from a store again!
