Mae has recently acquired the Bed and Breakfast and brought Kelsey to town to run the establishment. Since they are looking for the Grand Opening to happen for Grant and Chelsea’s wedding there is a lot of work to be done. Life is filled with enough tragedy, who needs regrets. Kelsey Torrent is voluptuous, those gorgeous curves..she has taken a job at the B&B per Mae's request (Mae is meddling and she knows one bear's attention is set on Kelsey). Even after the time that has gone by the heart wants what it wants. She has been carrying a painful secret, it had her running from the one man she was destined to love forever. One choice took everything she ever wanted what her man wanted and she did the only thing..she ran? So faced with that heart's desire can she bare her soul?Can she live with no regrets or is she destined to be alone..Forever. Teague Navarro, handsome, sexy and a real hands on man, boy he is good with his hands. He loved one woman, when she left she took their hearts. It was only going to be her.. only her, always her. What happened, what drove her to leave them? When he comes in contact with the love of his life it comes rushing back. He and his bear have cried for the promise of what could have been. He has been hired to do a job, get in get out! Will he confront the woman who stole his heart? When her life is in danger, he knows he must save her. Who once were together till secrets and misunderstandings torn them apart.Kelsey moved to Bear Canyon Valley to start a new job running a B&B. When Teague shows up to renovate the place she wonders how she's can be around him and not tell him why she left him two years ago or that she hasn't gotten over him.Thorne has created strong characters that definitely do her story justice. I enjoyed getting to know them and felt that they carried the story forward well. Some of my favorite parts of the book included the interactions between the main characters and how they dealt with their feeling of loss , hurt, misunderstandings, guilt, lust and finally forgiveness.This series was well written with an engaging plot and kept me wanting to find out what happened next.Read the series...Book 1 - ProtectionBook 2 - SeductionBook 3 - PersuasionBook 4 - InvitationReceived ARC copyL.
