Been so full you couldn't eat another bite, yet, it was just so good you still wanted more? That is what you get when you finish the final installment of the Earth Reclaimed Trilogy by Ann Gimpel.Earth's Hope picks right up where Earth's Blood finished. It never misses a beat. From the first word you are back in Inishowen with Aislinn and Fionn, Dewi, Nidhogg and their brood.Together, with the some of the other Celtic gods, humans and of course Rune and Bella, they continue the battle for Earth against the Lemurians and the dark gods, facing death and despair every step of the way to the final climatic battle.When all is said and done you are left well satisfied, but eyeing that last morsel of chocolate - or in this case dragon - and wondering if one more bite just might be possible.Gimpel has done it yet again, crafting the continuation and finale of a marvelous roller coaster ride sure to thrill and excite you, leaving you breathless for more and replete from the non-stop action.

I am at a loss to find a way to explain just how terrific this book is! I have been waiting for months to read this book and to see how it would all end and now that it has…well, let’s just say it is one of the most magical and beautiful endings to a series that I have read in a long time!! Even saying that I feel like I might be spoiling if for you but it is so hard to explain just how much I truly loved this series and NOT give away any spoilers! I remember having thoughts, hopes (Help me Ann, you are my only hope! *snicker*), romantic notions even, in how I would want this book to go…but in typical Ann fashion, her version is way so much more fantastic then mine piddle thoughts ever were! *insert beaming smile here* I absolutely adore Fionn & Aislinn! They are so perfect together, they complement each other’s magic, personalities and oh, their humor! The humor is so perfectly sprinkled throughout the story and helps to lighten the mood and the story itself. I love how hot Fionn & Aislinn are for each other, one touch, hell even one look and they go up in flames! But it is based on a very deep love and trust of, with & for each other that just makes it that much more intense and magical. I love how Ann knows just exactly how, when and how much of everything to add in to the story like the right amount of sex, the right amounts of humor and of each “type” – dry wit, LOL moments, sarcastic, etc. and then to blend it all together so perfectly that you can’t help but get addicted to her stories, love her characters, and HER! It all helps to make the stories more real & I LOVE that about Ann! Ann is such a gifted writer/author and this book and series are of the utmost proof! When reading her books I feel like I am reading a narration of someone’s story, a REAL person’s story! Her books are detailed without being overdone, there is always enough information given when you need it, but also hints at more or at what’s to come so that it keeps you reading long past your bedtime! lol I always feel like I am a part of those worlds that she creates. They absolutely come alive and I happily escape into here as often as I can and stay as long as possible too! Her characters also come alive with their personalities that are “real” and stay true to themselves throughout the series, let alone just one book, meaning that they are not altered to fit a scene or situation, and the “changed” back for the next scene, etc. It is all very fluid I guess is the best way to sum it up. All in all, Ann has written yet another terrific series, in fact this is now my absolute favorite one! Which is saying a LOT since I have read quite a number of her books now! ALL of her books are FANTASTIC!!! They are ALWAYS well written and entertaining AND she is able to do this with every “type” or genre of story she writes, over & over again!!! In fact I love that you cannot class her books into one genre! It all just adds to the pleasure & enjoyment of reading her books, and NEVER getting bored or being able to predict what is going to happen, making it pure bliss to read every one of Ann’s books over and over again!

By Cupcakes and Books I loved being back in the world of Celtic gods, dragons, and humans struggling to fix the world!!!! I hate this is the last in a world I've fallen in love with but I'm so happy I was able to see into it!!!! This book picks up right where the last ended and I was pulled right back into it, these are so well written that you never miss any detail of what is happening. I love this series characters, they become so very real to the reader. Aislinn is a heroine who is so very strong and hard headed! :) Fionn, a Celtic god, and her love is perfect in every way! Dewi, Nidhogg and their brood of babies are everything dragons should be. Every other character is well rounded and you will fall in love with them all!!!! ( I'd love to see spin offs of some of the other Celtic gods!!! PLEASE Ann!!! :) ) When all is said and done I hope everyone reads this series, it is a amazing not like other series!
