Mandy gives a credible, insightful and sometimes-cutting voice to the risk, excitement, self-doubt, and satisfaction of forging a connection with another whole and flawed human being. Mandy is as brave as she is talented. These right-sized tales are both poignantly-relatable and delicious guilty pleasures, like a full-confession e-mail from your funniest, smartest best friend. You are going to want to know what happens next.

A Clear Winner in Today's Meta-Literary Circle By Michelle Leigh These volumes have quickly become my favourite chapter installation series I have ever had the pleasure to read. From the first one I read, I have been hooked on Mandy's writing style, sense of humour, pathos, and agile ability to be open and transparent. Reading these are like reading my life... I identify so much with her struggles born from her past and present that I laugh AND cry, sometimes simultaneously. The one thing that I always do is FEEL. These will make you feel. To me, that's the best that anyone can ask from a good piece of literature, to feel and identify, and wow, do I ever identify. I recommend these for anyone, anywhere, if you're interested in the human condition, recounted in a heartfelt, honest way that will keep you turning the pages and truly anticipating the next chapter in Mandy's life. These have been a gift to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mandy was one of the writers, along with Cat Marnell (when she was on point - she was incredible!) that kept me there. I might have aged out of Jane. Now that Mandy's gone, SO glad she's doing something like this.
