By ilianag I was given an ARC by the author for an honest reviewI can't believe its over...what an emotional ride!!!!!i have to admit i cried!!a lot!!wow!Lets start at the begining...its always nice to read characters as Ainsley and Eric and Grace and the rest of the gang also its always nice to see how the story and the characters evovle and in these books daaamn Tasha has made an awesome job.In this last installment we see Ainsley and her gang facing finally the darkness and Eric trying to solve his end of the deal in the Copper Creek pack.Problems arise only to be solved but at what cost for each one of them?What an amazing end...i know i will say it again!Heart beating fast,tears will roll,smiles will form and when you reach the last page you'll be"daaaamn...that was good"A must must must read series for me and an excellent job from Tasha!

By Maru I was given an ARC from Ms. Black in exchange for my honest review.Ainsley is the Alpha of the pack in Tarker's Hollow. She is finally able to find balance between her magic and wolf. She must make more sacrifices in order to save not only her pack, but also the world from and evil that has been laying dormant for generations.Erik is Ainsley's mate who has been assisting the wolf pack in Copper's Creek now has to make decisions and sacrifices in order to help Ainsley and both packs fight the evil that is lurking.Grace is Ainsley's best friend and police officer for Tarker's Hollow. She finally accepts her feelings for Julian, a mage, but will she be able to make sacrifices to ensure the survival of all?This is the last installment of the Fate of the Alpha trilogy. Even though Erik no longer has his wolf, he has to pretend to still be a werewolf among strangers in a different pack. Ainsley has realized who her true friends and allies are. As Ainsley continues to learn and work her magic, the evil has been unleashed in to the world. Will Ainsley, Erik, Grace, and Julian work together as a unit, even though some may be far away, to help save and rid the world of the evil sentient? Will some make the ultimate sacrifice? Will love and loyalty triumph over evil and betrayals?I am very sad to see the ending of this series. I laughed, cried, actually shouted, and I had to put the book down and breathe. I love how the characters evolve and continue to grow in to what and who they are meant to be. The plot is solid and consistent. Ms. Black has written and magically powerful trilogy that grips you and keeps you enthralled until the very end! Just when you think you know what will happen next, Ms. Black throws a curve that leaves you surprised and begging for more! I sincerely hope that there are more books in the future from Tarker's Hollow. I highly recommend this series and author to all of those 18+ due to the adult content. Thank you Ms. Black for allowing me to read and review your book. I look forward to your future books.

While reading this installment your emotions volley from excitement, trepidation, sadness, and happiness (not in that order). I loved that the characters developed even more, both in their skills and emotionally. Tasha Black is a fantastic writer, and you can't help but become emotionally evolved with all the characters, from incidental to primary. Another thing I appreciated is that, even though the ending is great, it's not all sunshine and rainbows for all of the characters. The part of me that wants everything to be perfect was bummed, but it was a really nice change from most romance books. I hope this isn't the end for the Tarker's Hollow crowd. I'm not ready to let them go yet!I received a copy of Fate of the Alpha in exchange for an honest review.
